I am pretty picky so when I like something it is usually for good reason. I am pretty hard to impress when it comes to products, I can find flaws quickly. I am hard on things so they have to be durable with me.

Great cleaning!

a busy person, Appreciative of clever design, looking for convenience, impressed with this product, a dog owner, into stuff that's easy to use, Track in a lot of dirt, a multi-tasker

This steam cleaner gets the job done the first time. You can visibly see the difference the first time you use it - we did when we moved into our house and the previous owner had the carpets cleaned but the hoover was able to get a lot of debatable areas even cleaner. Dries quickly as the hoover has great suction and pick most of the water up as you go.
