This has been a great laptop with very few problems. My main complaint is that at one point HP had a recall and they needed to fix something on my laptop after windows did an update that left something on my HP hardware incompatible. Yes, I was grateful HP was willing ot fix it for free since it was technically past the warranty date, but I had to mail them my laptop (my only computer) and they said it would be gone for 2-3 weeks and that they would wipe the hard drive clean and restore it to its original state.
