energy conscious, a green thumb
Bought and used this $479 supposedly state of the art heater for one season. It is now working about 1/4 as good. Called the distributor and he said it was my responsibility to ship it to them to be fixed. There is a 3 year parts and labor, but they neglect to tell you, you have to pay for it to be shipped back. At $479 just how much is this heater going to cost me. I'll be without a heater AND is this going to happen every year. What happens when the warranty. My suggestion is don't buy this. They only have a 2 week return policy on this heater. They must not have much confidence in it either....
