I took this pill in the summer of 2007 (for 3 months) and I lost 50lbs.   I would get severly nauseated if I took this pill without eating.  To curb that I began taking the pill with a glass of milk.  It curbed my appetite and I had extreme amounts of energy.  But, if I took the pill too late into the day I would tend to be fully awake during the night.  I found that 1 pill would last me the whole day.  I also found that if you are constantly taking diet pills in general, then they are not going to work because your body becomes immune to them.  If you are currently taking a diet...
