I purchased my Sony Vaio at Best Buy approximatley 2 months ago at Best Buy.  It is very user friendly.  I am not computer smart at all and have been able to easily navigate all of the programs.  The battery life is not what it was advertised.  They said it should last 6 hours and I find it needs to be charged after 2 hours of use. There are also programs installed that I have no use for that continue to pop up on the screen each time I start it.  That may have something to do with purchasing it from Best Buy and I am just unaware of how to close them permanently.  The keyboard is fantastic...
