I've been there for serious and silly problems. They've been great with every issue no matter how difficult or silly!! They are ALL very nice too!! The only drawback is that if you are not a member of Procare, you have a 24 hour time to schedule your appt. However, if you are a part of Procare, you can schedule your appt with a weeks notice, in addition to the added waruntee and other Procare benefits. I think that they deserve first preference anyway, they paid for it.
