Bank of America may be one of the biggest banks in America but they don't know how to treat the customers that don't have alot of money. My bank account does it's ups and downs during the week but I get by, raising five children on my own with no support has been hard on me and my finances. I had my Bank of America checking account for about five years when I started noticing that I was getting charged for bounced check fees when nothing was bouncing in my account.
