I purchased a select comfort 500 on January 28th. On March 30th, the pump broke and the bed deflated. I emailed customer service and received an auto reply. On Monday, I called customer service to discuss the situation. I was asked to do quality checks on the bed and trouble shoot the issue. I find it absurd that the company doesn't send someone to fix the bed or replace the part. I was not able to get a refund on the bed because it was beyond the return date.
