TDI - great gas mileage

We average 38 in the city, up to 50 on the highway...well worth the increased cost for diesel. Same maintenance as a standard gasoline vehicle, oil changes cost a bit more though. Overall, very happy with the purchase. It has paid off and with oil at $90 a barrel, it will continue to pay for itself!
