I have had Directv for about 4 years now and while they are a good reliable company they still have their problems. I love that I don't have to worry about my signal going out in the middle of bad weather and that the equipment that was given to me is nice and strong. However, it seems like every month they are changing the packages without any type of notice and if you don't change with them then your pricing goes up. Don't try to call at any time of the day or night because you are going to be placed on hold for a mandatory 5 minutes at least, but at least when they answer they will handle your...
