Living on Nothing Atoll by Theresa Kelly is part of a 7 book series called "Aloha Cove" series. I recommend the whole series.

The main character moves to the island of Kwajalein when her mom marries someone who works there. The book is great for Christian teen girls and the 'island' theme makes it enjoyable and fun to read. I highly recommend it.
