Ne-Yo is to R & B as Kanye West is to hip-hop. Penning songs for others has helped Ne-Yo with his own solo project "In My Own Words." You must have been under a rock if you hadn't heard the debut song "So Sick" on the radio. Believe it or not, this isn't the best song on the CD. His lyrics are on point and there's not a bad song on the CD.
