My Mother In Law has this Bunn Coffee Maker and my husband insisted that we get one, he fell in love with it while he was there on a visit. It's a bit pricer the others but well worth it. It's done brewing in 3 minutes. It's easy to use and easy to clean and won't take up much room on your counter.
