I am having the same problem with the very exact refrigerator. I too received the plastic sheet with the loctite epoxy. I am suiing Sears in small claims court in Oneida County, NY tomorrow morning. When I win,it will set a precedent that you can use to sue them and win immediately. Sears is going wish they never pissed me off. It is going to cost them huge when I contact Andy Cuomo the NY State Attorney general and make this precedent national..
