I now hate credit cards now that I'm into debt upto my eyeballs but I would choose this one over any of the others I've got because they are an alright bank. Customer service isn't the greatest but if you have a serious problem the "higher ups"  are good at working with you. I got laid off from my job and fell behind in my payments and the good old bill collectors starting calling then I got a new job and a guy from Chase called and said if I made a series of payments he could take away some fees and get me back under my limit and on track again.
