I placed an order with Pro Flowers for a Mother's Day gift consisting of a flowering plant, basket container, a box of chocolates, and a mylar balloon.

This was delivered as I was informed it would be, but it was left on my mothers front porch while she was not at home.  She seldom uses the front porch which is up off the ground level, and the package was left in an obscure area where she did not see it.  There was no notice left on the door or any notification that a package had been delivered.  I checked on the 2nd day, the day before Mother's Day, to see if my mother had gotten any gifts...
