I finally got my own Web site up and working: www.bobkovacs.com. I plan to keep adding to it and making it look better, since it's rather plain at the moment. However, I'm now on the Web!

I went to the big air show at Andrews Air Force Base outside of Washington, DC, over the weekend. It was a lot of fun and good entertainment, and completely free. (Unless you wanted food, of course.) It never ceases to amaze me how much there is to do in Washington that is free. I also managed to get a little free sunshine at the air show and came away with a nice sunburn. Oh well...

I was at a big convention in Las Vegas last week and brought a cold back with me. Why can't you get a flight from Las Vegas to the East Coast at a reasonable hour? All flights east from Vegas leave around midnight.

I just finished putting down a fancy checkerboard floor in my garage. Hope to write about it soon.

It's no fun working on cars outside at night when the temperature is around freezing. However, if you bundle up, wear gloves as much as possible, have good lights and decent tools, you can actually get the job done. Hot soup afterward helps!
