If you are in need of National registration for required testing, please be prepared with all the information you will need to register when you place the call.  The customer service area where you call has excessive background noise that resembles a telemarketer setting.  The assistant I was connected to spoke very fast and was not available to guide me or offer information, just needed me to state exactly what I needed.  Unfortunately the online site that is indicated on the recorded message for use, is not an option for the computer based testing, just the written format.
