Lately I had a very bad experience with priceline.com. I bid on hotels in some area I am going to for vacation, unfortunately the result of my bid turns out to be a hotel which is not listed on the website within that certain area. When I call their custom service to try to make some change, they actually tell me a shocking news that the list on their website is a just sample list, they actually have their own list of hotels which no customer can see. If you bid on it, you may get a hotel you never see on their website, or even a crappy one which doesn't meet the requirement from your bid. As...
