I love my wii fit up to a point. When I first started it was my way to get my butt in gear and do SOMETHING related to exercise. I would be on my wii fit for an hour and a half 2 hours a few times a week and at least half an hour the other nights. It got me motivated to join the local gym because I decided I could stick with it. After I joined the gym however I basically stopped using the Wii fit as the gym was much better at giving me an actual workout.
