    Time Warner installed my package and the next day I found jewelry missing. This is under investigation. I called every week for four weeks and each time I was told someone would be calling me shortly. No-one ever called. The last person I spoke with yesterday said to make a police report and call them back with the police report number. Their customer service is very bad: long wait times, frequent disconnections, no call backs. I have informed a certain media source and am waiting for a reply. All in all, I would definitely NOT recommend Time Warner to anyone.
