this webber smoker in my opinion is the best smoker that i have ever used. the construction of the smoker is strong and would last for years to come. i smoked a 20 pound turkey in it for 12 hours and the resulst were very good . the meat was flavorfull from the wood chips and it was jusy.the meat smokes evenly and the tempreture was easy to keep constant.ive had my webber smoker for 6 years now and i still use it fathfully for pork, roasts ,chicken and all the things that you would bbq,, i would recomend this smoker to the beginner and the pro.
