The Cybex Arc Trainer gives a good workout as far as elliptical machines are concerned but I have found the incline changes slightly confusing (the Arc Trainer has inclines ranging from elliptical to fit hiker) but I use it at the gym - perhaps if I had the manual it would be clearer.
