    This is the second time MyPoints has attempted to refuse an award am due. I attended a seminar for a reward of 3550 points and am still fighting them weeks later to get wat I earned. I have concrete proof I fulfilled my end of the deal, and they are still ignoring my requests with generic emails that indicate they do not even read the emails they are sent.

    I went to Hawaii in December also and had to fight them for those points as well. I booked my trip thru them. The deal was 10 points per dollar and they tried to award me 210 points for a deal worth over 5000. Anytime I have earned a large reward...

    Hello, my name is Jon. I noticed your complaint about ServiceMagic. I have had an experience that sounds remarkably similar to yours, as have others. I am putting together a class action against the company, for deceptive advertising - related to both the "rigorous 10-point background check" and the $500 service guarantee.
