turbo jam is the best work out i have ever tried. it is a workout to jamming music. i lost 68 pounds in 5 months and i have never felt better about myself. i would recommend this to anyone who is trying to lose a little weight or even to get tightr looking abs. i just got out of a horrible relationship, and because i didnt like how i was treated i ate, and i ate alot. well he cheated on me and i took our daughter and left him. and then i realized i nedded to do something. and that is just what i did and i thank him for letting me be able to do this for myself and my daughter.
