The Envy 2 is a huge disappointment.  I've had this phone for about 3 months, and am missing my Samsung Alias.  There are three major problems with this phone, making it one of the most frustrating pieces of electronics I have ever owned. 

The first problem is the fact that the phone turns off frequently.  This happens so often, that my friends and fiancé think I am purposely turning the phone off to avoid their calls. 

Second problem is the infamous "butt dial".  I tried to rectify this by turning the speed dial function off, but this did not help.  I'm not a fan of reading user...
