I have had this crock pot for about a year now and for about the first six months that I had it I didn't have any problems with it. It is a basic crock pot the stone pot is removeable so you can wash it and the heat settings consist of- low, high and warm. It also doesn't have a locking lid or a bag which makes traveling a problem but you can purchase the bag separtely. Anyway after about six months the plastic handle on the lid started to come loose and whenever you would take the lid off of the pot the handle would swivel around.
