A Home equity loan for a 2nd mortgage through NetBank was refined by me in Dec. 2004. There was a zero balance on the loan. After I refinanced, the loan was sold off to GMAC, in Jan. 2006, who then sold it to this bunch of crooks in Nov. 2007. Then the letters from them began- I owed then $75 for my loan. I NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY AND NEVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH EITHER THEM OR GMAC. My other loan had been refined in Dec. 2004, as previously stated. I have sent this company copies of the payoff from 2004, letters, and etc.... Now this company says since there was never a "Release... review »
