LG Dryer makes a loud thumping noise.  When serviced, it was found that the drum was cracked.  I was told this is VERY COMMON with this unit.  $1000 unit lasting two years is ridiculous!!  Repair $250 to last another two years!

To make things worse, LG washer has mold issues in their doors and rubber seals.  Clothes and laundry room stink!!  No amount of washing, bleach, or leaving door open helps.

NEVER recomend or purchase these units again!!!!!
