I have had a Keurig Elite for a little over a year and it was always noisy and then after descaling it this last time it would only produce a partial cup of coffee.  I tried to descale a couple of times to no avail.  I emailed customer service and described my problem and after a couple of emails was put in touch with an agent and after reviewing the problem she told me Keurig was sending me a new Elite Brewer!  I received it in a matter of days and it works perfectly and is allot quieter than the first brewer.  Obviously my first brewer was a lemon and this happens with any product, but the...
