    this will be our third try at this expensive, sagging mattress.  our first was replaced in less then 6 months and now this one needs to be replaced 5 months later.  oh and get this, Serta now wants the tags (you know the "you will go to jail" tags if you remove them tags) in order to even consider coming out and looking at the mattress.  so whatever you do, do not remove those tags.  we did and now we are screwed.
