i bought this product thinking it could help with my daily viatim intake and also weight loss regiment.  if you are eating small portins AVOID.  I have taked this product at several different times of the day and through trial and error realized that you must eat a full meal to take a full pill.  I have had many trips to the bathroom dry heaving from taking the entire pill before meals, after a snack, or in between meals.  The key is to yake half in the morning with breakfast and half at night with dinner.
