I first discovered Silk Soy milk (plain flavor) in 2003 when I gave up dairy products. As the name implies, this product truly is silky smooth. I use this for everything - in muffin recipes, over my cereal, in my coffee, in my eggs (to fluff them up), as a beverage (alongside cookies, of course!). On the rare occassion that I drink milk I always miss my Silk at home. I like the fact that this product has calcium, vitamin B12, and other vitamins/minerals that are usually found in dairy milk. Also, the fact that the expiration date is usually a month (or several) away allows me stock up...
