Last year my husband received a big screen '42 HD TV for his 40Th birthday.  His brother got it for him saying that since he was old he needed a big TV to be able to see it.  We thought it was a little extravagant but we knew we would enjoy it.  We had to go and buy a new entertainment center so that it would fit in it.  That was my gift to him, try topping a big tv.  We have had nothing but hours of enjoyment with this TV.  The color, quality, sound everything is top notch.  When we go to our bedroom to watch TV we are surprised at how small the screen is and how used to the larger screen...
