I  have had three different cards with this company . they will work with you If you have financial trouble. They are a large company and when I had my cards with them they were always understandingand very friendly. as with any charge card you need to pay your bill in a timely matter. I did fall behind a few times due to medical reasons or loss of income. THEY weere wiling to give me extra time to pay my bill. As long as I paid something or made an effort that's all they asked. Most of my other charge cards I had got very irrate and demanded their money right away and weren't willing to work...
