A quick way to get your business started

I learned about VistaPrint (see VistaPrint.com) from a friend when I was starting a private therapy practice. I found the website easy to use and the delivery was fast. You get a large number of free business cards sent right to you. The cards are not fancy, and there are a limited number (yet wide variety) of free designs, but I found one that worked fine for me. The cards are single-sided and regular cardstock. This site is very useful for someone just getting started, and/or who doesn't have a lot of money for basics such as business cards.
