The Hoover spin scrub floormate does a good job on various types of carpet. This machine cleans stains and spots with ease. For the price, this machine does a very good job. I have had other carpet cleaners, but hoover spin scrub is the best one yet. It has strong brushing action, and very powerful suction. The weight of the hoover is light enough for wife to use, and she enjoys it very much. I like it because it is a wet and dry Hoover carpet shampoo machine.
