My beautician decided we would try this color to bring out soft beige highlights. As she foiled my hair the color looked promising, after a few minutes she checked the color and was surprised to see that my hair was now bright orange. The manager out of the kindness of his heart fixed it for me without charging me for it. He said it was the first time this has ever happened to him. It seems the expiration date had past.
