I started eating Go Lean Crunch to lose weight. I was pleasently surprised at the taste, and felt as though I was cheating (eating sweet & fatty granola) instead of a healthy, high-fiber meal. It really does keep you feeling full for quite a few hours. My one gripe, which is my own fault really, is don't overdue the cereal/fiber. I started off eating 1 bowl for breakfast and then added one for lunch too. My body couldn't handle all of the fiber, etc. and I suffered. Cutting back to one bowl a day solved the problem…
