I have ablolutly fallen in love with my inspiron 1721. It has so many features. One of my favorites is the wireless that is built right inside. Another is that I do so much work for my Tupperware business on this computer that the side number pad is very helpful. Anytime I have hed a problem which has not been much other than me not understanding much about computer stuff, I have just called dell and they have been nice enough to walk me through anything I have needed. even if I has other questions that weren't related to what I called for they were very helpful.
