I decided to utilize bill pay and was disappointed in the fact that 2 mortgage payments were deduted from my account instead of one. After speaking with several supervisors in the bill pay department who blatantly called me a liar, I realized that the customers words didn't mean anything. They refused to refund the in-sufficient fee charges, eventhough I had my receipt as proof that I only authorized one mortgage payment. So I decided to close my account.
