This is a nice monitor, but it lacks of bright. Is very useful for using with normal computer programs like Office and Browsers in Windows.

In Linux, it looks a little more dark but that is probably because of Linux drivers.

It has a nice size though and the available resolutions are many.

It is good for work, probably not so good for gaming or video media contents.
