A friend of the family used Weight Watchers. She went to the meetings and used the services actually at a Weight Watchers building. She ended up losing between 75 and 100 pounds (I don't remember whawt the final number was). My mother used Weight Watchers online and lost, I believe, 30 or 40 pounds.
