Overall, this is an okay phone to me. I am a previous Virgin Mobile user...switched to a Verizon family plan, and now I'm back to VM. Virgin Mobile is a great company to use when you need a cell phone, but don't want to shell out lots of money every month. I am on prepaid, but I'm thinking about switching to a monthly plan. I bought the x-Tc a couple of months ago, back in June. For the money I spent on this phone, I thought it would be a little bit more. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use the music player, and I've looked for instructions everywhere! I like that there is a QWERTY...
