Bought dryer in March, '09.  Never dried as described.  Factory responded after 2 emails and one negative review. Sent someone to run diagnostics and I was told the moisture sensor was bad.  Why?  Bought new in March, '09.  Tech came to replace moisture sensor after a few weeks. Dryer still does not serve me as expected. Tech said to use Normal cycle with 'more dry'.  I did so which was for 42 minutes, and after clothes were still very damp, reset at 15 minutes, and they were still damp, reset again for 25 minutes and they were dry then.  So, today I used my usual timed dry at 40 minutes,...
