The Mist

The movie "The Mist" is a huge disappointment!

What a disappointment! The movie The Mist was part of a recent family birthday celebration. The best thing I can say about it is that we had a lot of fun panning the film over dinner afterward. The story dragged painfully and the twists were not only predictable, but were predicted by the film itself. The monster in the mist could have been interesting and was certainly an opportunity for some fancy effects but this opportunity was declined by director Frank Darabont, who chose instead to use tentacles from a cheap 80's flick.
