Don't waste your money on the LeapFrog Little Touch Leap Pad

practical, care about family, married, cost-conscious, looking for durability

I was excited to purchase the LeapFrog Little Touch Leap Pad for my daughter's second birthday. The product is made for children 18 months and up, so I thought it would still be a useful learning tool before moving onto similar LeapFrog products (like the Leapster). However, in using the Little Touch Leap Pad, my husband and I have found the product to be a complete waste of money. Perhaps if my daughter were able to completely focus her attention for long lengths of time it would be worthwhile - but what 2 year old can do that?
