I am 44yrs. old and I have slept on many a number of beds in 44yrs. From a crib matteress to a water bed and your standard with box spring. I like my mattress medium firm and that is what you get when you buy a new standard mattress with box spring. But over the years the mattress starts to give. you get up in the morning and you can see exactly where you laid and the form / shape of your body.
