The Isis Manual breast pump made by Avent is wonderful. I had to take a trip to Orlando last year and I was going to leave my breastfed baby boy. I only had a automatic pump that worked on electricity. Since I knew I would have a few long hours at the airport, I purchased the Isis pump to use in the bathroom stall a few times and it was a lifesaver. I thought it would not work as well as the automatic pump but it worked just as well. I was surprised! I got almost as much milk out as I did with the automatic pump.
