I am not a fan of vampire stories. Okay, I liked the movie "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", but that was mostly for the one-liners. But a good friend of mine, whose opinion I trust, recommended "Twilight". One day, when I felt I had nothing better to do, I picked up "Twilight" from the library to give it a once over. Once over, nothing. I could hardly put it down! From the beginning I identified with the main female character, Bella.
